Es la primera vez que alquilo un vehiculo y a sido una experiencia muy buena... Me an entregado un vehiculo nuevo... Tramites sencillos y rapidos tanto en la recogida como en la entrega .. y los mas economicos de Albacete!! Un 10 !!!

?Donde se devuelve el coche? En el parking SABA unicamente se devuelve Enterprise. No estoy enojado, estoy furioso con esta oficina por no indicar donde se devuelve el coche. Algo basico!!! La verdad es que es la peor oficina de toda Espana (y las visite casi todas). He pasado un stress y perdiendo el tiempo buscando hueco para dejarlo a 1km en una calle para casi perder mi tren. Deberia darles verguenza!
Where is the car returned? In the SABA car park only Enterprise is returned. I'm not angry, I'm furious at this office for not indicating where the car is returned. Something basic!!! No indican donde se devuelve el coche. Me meti al parking SABA y alli solo se devuelve Enterprise. La peor oficina de AVIS de toda Espana. No estoy enojado, estoy furioso por el stress que me han hecho pasar para terminar dejando el coche en la calle a 1km de la oficina. Furioso.
They do not indicate where the car is returned. I went to the SABA parking lot and only Enterprise returns there. The worst AVIS office in all of Spain. I'm not angry, I'm furious because of the stress they put me through to end up leaving my car on the street 1km from the office. Furious.

Fatal, nos han cobrado 40 EUR por una multa que no ha llegado, por la identificacion del conductor en una denuncia (creo que es tan facil como mirarlo con la matricula y fecha ) datos que no nos han proporcionado por lo que no se si esa denuncia es mia o no, y debe de entrar en el seguro que se paga no ? la fianza aun no la han devuelto y el coche lo alquilamos en noviembre, una verguenza,

Resulto muy sencillo realizar la reserva por internet y el coche que se nos asigno estaba practicamente nuevo. Como fianza cobran el precio aproximado del deposito lleno, por lo que la fianza dependera del tipo de vehiculo que alquiles, logicamente. A nosotros nos la devolvieron un poco antes de las dos semanas posteriores a la entrega del coche, pero esto no supone ningun problema si sabes que lo has entregado en las condiciones requeridas.
It was very easy to make the reservation online and the car assigned to us was practically new. As a deposit they charge the approximate price of a full tank, so the deposit will depend on the type of vehicle you rent, logically. They returned it to us a little earlier than two weeks after delivering the car, but this is not a problem if you know that you have delivered it in the required conditions.
