A EVITER !! Attention arnaque !!! Fin mai nous avons reserve sur le site internet une voiture pour le lendemain et regler en ligne. Nous arrivons le lendemain a l'horaire prevue pour retirer le vehicule. Au comptoir, la personne nous informe que les voitures automatiques doivent etre reservees 48h avant (aucune trace sur leur site, et ils se genent pas d'encaisser l'argent....). Depuis, nous nous battons pour recuperer les 150 euro, sans succes...
TO AVOID!! Beware of scam!!! At the end of May we reserved a car for the next day on the website and paid online. We arrive the next day at the scheduled time to collect the vehicle. At the counter, the person informs us that automatic cars must be reserved 48 hours in advance (no trace on their site, and they don't mind collecting the money....). Since then, we have been fighting to recover the 150 euros, without success...
Trato formidable, me han aconsejado la mejor opcion y en todo momento han tratado de ayudarme. Los vehiculos impecables. Un diez! repetire sin pensarlo.

E pagado por alquilar un coche, me dejaron otro modelo. Un Toyota hibrido que gastava 11litro de gasolina a los 100km. Me lo dejaron con un cuarto de deposito, lo devolvi con mas gasolina, y una hora antes ,tambien pagando un seguro todo riesgo para un dia . Me cobraron al final 98EUR mas 172EUR fianza, diciendo que dentro de 2-3 dias me los devuelve. Sorpresa despues de 4 dia me ingresaron 29EUR. Llame al central para pedir explicaciones ,no save por que, llame a la oficina dedonde lo alquile y no me contesta. Todavia estoy esperando . Menciono el coche se a devuelto con gasolina conforme, sin rose o algun problema, y de km,sin problemas por que se alquilo sin limite.
I paid to rent a car, they left me another model. A hybrid Toyota that used 11 liters of gasoline per 100 km. They left it with a quarter deposit, I returned it with more gas, and an hour before, also paying comprehensive insurance for one day. In the end they charged me EUR98 plus EUR172 deposit, saying that they would return them to me within 2-3 days. Surprise after 4 days they paid me EUR29. I called the central office to ask for explanations , I don't know why, I called the office where I rented it and they didn't answer me. I'm still waiting . He mentioned the car was returned with compliant gasoline, without rose or any problem, and with km, without problems because it was rented without limit.
Hago la reserva en la central y a la hora de recoger el coche me dicen q ya no tienen vehiculos disponibles muy mal.
