La atencion fue muy buena. En cuanto llego nuestro vuelo, la chica ya estaba esperando con el coche en el parking del aeropuerto. El coche que nos dejaron fue un Opel corsa de unos 10 anos con unos consumos disparados. Nuestros amigos cogieron con otra agencia uno nuevo y la diferencia en gasolina despues de una semana fueron de mas de 50EUR haciendo los mismos kilometros Lo bueno de la agencia es que incluye el seguro completo y la sillita que en otros sitios te la cobran a parte aunque la sillita estaba destrozada y no tenia isofix. Por 420EUR la semana creo que tendrian que renovar la flota o ofrecer un mejor precio.

Great car hire. Great e perience. Simple pick up process - not even 10 minutes. Car we hired was intentionally in an older car category. Car was well maintained. Staff very polite. Drop off went well. No hidden charges - exactly like the site said. Left our beach parasol with them and asked it be lent to another car hire. Apparently if you ask they lend you one. Didn't know or would have asked instead of buying to recycle and help protect the planent. Maybe the could add the information to site

I rented a slightly older vehicle from Balmes for a lower price, the vehicle was well maintained, everything was fine. You don't have to pay a deposit and there is no excess! I got the car at the airport and returned it to my hotel, it is free of charge and is part of the very good service of Balmes! The communication is very good and the staff is very friendly! This second time our car broke down the same day we picked it up, but we immediately had a response and solution from the company. Especially on the part of Damian, who solved the problem for us immediately and cared a lot. The truth is, a great worker and good person. GREAT !!! The best car rental company in Menorca We had a perfectly good and very clean Opel Corsa. We only paid 145 for 4 days because we are young people. To collect the car, a lady was waiting for us in the airport parking lot, we didnt pay anything extra on site, she just gave us the keys and we left. We were even able to return the car a little later for our return. There is nothing to say, no scam, everything is very easy and the staff is very welcoming and attentive.
