very easy, straightforward rental process and helpful owner! car ran without problems and was better than expected. bonus, we also had a child seat. sadly I think someone scratched the car door on the last day and we did not notice, something I'm terribly sorry for as we always returned cars in the same state we got them; whoever did it was someone not really caring as we always tried to avoid any trouble or disturb anyone and had common sense. thank you Becars for a wonderful renting experience! we will always come back to you.

First time ever that I feel good about renting a car. Staff are great. Fast and straightforward pickup and dropoff. Car in perfect condition. Best price I found on the island. Can't recommend enough!
Good service. No office needed, all communication goes by whatsapp. Rented car could be found at public parking. Finding the car when it's dark was a tad challenging, but manageable. Small warning when you have opted for a child seat. You have to install that properly yourself. It does not come pre-installed in the car. This is logical because you can choose to install it on the left or right side of the car. I could not install this quickly when you have a hungry and tired family waiting (next day with proper light and state of mind that was possible).
So quick and easy. Very efficient communication. All the paperwork was done online. I received the car 20min after landing directly on the parking. Good and reliable car, great price. I strongly recommend this company
Car was in very good condition, came with the car seat as requested. Lady waited 50 minutes longer to meet us as our plane was delayed, very grateful. Drop off was super fast and easy. Best thing is the insurance is fully comp, with no excess, so there was no checking, no hassle, no worry, just pick up and drive. Would definitely use again, thank you Auto Bello!
Never had a better car rental company. Whenever you have a question you get a quick answer. The prices are very good and they even bring you the car right in front of the airport, where you can also leave it when you fly home again. Simply perfect!
