- Waited for ~1h to get the car. The queue was about 40 people and it was always the same. Guys, you need to do smth about that. It is ridiculous. - The car had 109k of millage and that is for Fiat 500cc )) lol... Never have I had a rental car with more than 50k millage. Cigar beat the record! The car however did not let me down during 6 days on the island (only due to that I put 3 starts, not 1!) - On low speed the brakes squeezed so heavily all the time that people turned around and looked at me in the cities. - The steering wheel was simply torn off... well at least it was working! - Although I waited for one hour in the queue, the car I got was really unwashed and dirty. It's not terrible, but a bit disappointing... Overall very bad experience at Fuerteventura with CIGAR. Booked similar car with them at Grand Canaria a year ago. It was night and day difference!!!!

Amazing car rental service. No fuss, no hassle, no after charges so no worries! They seem a bit more expensive than other companies, but once you factor in that they don't charge extra for full insurance, extra driver and other luxuries they are really price competitive! And look at the car you could be getting. Loved the Abarth 124 (manual), a real dream car for me.

Very bad and thieving car rental company. Rented a car twice this summer. 2 x not the ordered car. Other dented cars. We were able to return the first car to the office because we discovered that the petrol tank was 3/4 full on paper, but in reality it was only 1/4 full. Moving forward can still happen. Was changed in the computer, stamps and signatures on the contract. 2nd problem, after a week we had to return this car because the front brake pads were worn out, so it was steel on steel. Unsafe and that is simply maintenance that was not carried out on time. 3rd problem: at the start of the rental, they keep 50 euros from you in case you return the cars with less gasoline. Rented the cars in May 24, but they still havent given the money back. When asked afterwards by us, they simply say: You have used petrol. Nonsense, if you come with evidence such as photos of the dashboard, with the mileage, they wont even look at those attachments. They do answer but do not respond to a photo that shows that we indeed did not use any gasoline. We are now almost 30 emails further, which is not even worth the 50 euros in time. Ridiculous, dont even look or respond to emails with the evidence.

De eerste auto konden we weer terug naar het kantoor omdat we er achter kwamen dat de benzine tank op papier voor 3/4 gevuld maar in het echt maar voor 1/4. Vooruit kan nog gebeuren. Was veranderd in de computer, stempels en handtekeningen op het contract. 2de euvel, na een week hebben we deze auto weer moeten inleveren omdat de remblokken voor op waren, hierdoor was het staal op staal. Onveilig en dat is gewoon een onderhoud die niet op tijd gepleegd is. 3de probleem bij de start van de verhuur houden ze 50,- van je in voor het geval dat je de autos terug brengt met minder benzine. In mei 24 de autos gehuurd maar dat geld hebben ze nog steeds niet terug gegeven. Op vragen achteraf van ons zeggen ze simpel weg U hebt benzine verbruikt. Onzin, als je dan komt met bewijzen zoals fotos van het dashboard , met de km standen dan kijken ze er niet eens naar die attachements. Ze antwoorden wel maar gaan niet in op een foto die laat zien dat we inderdaad geen benzine verbruikt hebben. We zijn onderhand bijna 30 mails verder, dat is de die 50,- euro niet eens waard in tijd. Belachelijk, niet eens kijken of ingaan op emails met de bewijzen.

I had to wait a bit to be served, there was a small queue like at all rental stands, and the staff was very friendly and polite. The car was a Seat Ibiza that, based on the license plate, was new or almost new. With good motorization, which is appreciated when overtaking or climbing with the air conditioning on. They delivered it to me impeccable both inside and out. They withheld a deposit from me for the gas tank that they returned to me when the car was delivered with the tank at the level they had indicated. In my case I didnt have any problems and I would definitely repeat it again.

Tuve que esperar un poco a que me atendieran, habia una pequena cola como en todos los stands de alquiler, y el personal fue muy amable y educado. El coche fue un Seat Ibiza que por la matricula era nuevo o casi nuevo. Con buena motorizacion que se agradece a la hora de adelantar o de subir con el aire acondicionado puesto. Me lo entregaron impecable tanto por fuera como por dentro. Me retuvieron una fianza por el deposito de gasolina que me devolvieron al entregar el coche con el deposito al nivel que me habian indicado. En mi caso no tuve ningun problema y volveria a repetir sin duda.
