As always renting from Auto Reisen is a stress free start to the holiday. Cars are never perfect with a few imperfections but then nothing is an issue when returning and nothing is checked. Very simple to book, most competitive price with all-inclusive insurance. The collection was quite smooth, we found the car we booked with half fuel, and we had to return it at the same level (we returned it with more fuel). I had two cars from this company on Fuerteventura holiday. First one had a problem with an aircon after a few days. They've changed the car and gave me a new better one in the same price with any problem. Citroen Cactus was perfect. Stuff very friendly and kind. I strongly recommend this company. After arriving, the lady at the window gave us a very old and damaged Citroen C-Elyese car, as it was the second time in this rental company that we got an old and damaged car, so we went to replace the car. The man at the window was very nice and helpful, he listened to us and gave us an almost new Citroen C3. To sum up, the fleet has half a car that needs to be replaced, but you can easily replace the car if you dont like it. Great price, great final car, great service, I recommend it

Good afternoon...I write this review to express my dissatisfaction with this car rental company that in my opinion is playing with the customers pockets. First of all, I state that the cars they offer to their clientele are mostly with some damage and are not properly clean. But the worst of all and in my humble opinion is how they play with the prices...from yesterday to today on the same date they have increased rents by almost 40 euros per day!! A shame!!...

I recommend it 100%! My boy and I spent 9 days on vacation in Fuerteventura and in terms of quality-price ratio it is the best we have tried so far. We reserved a car and that was the one they gave us, not like in other companies where you reserve one and they give you the one you want... (Like in Avis, for example...) The car was clean and good in general, it had a tire spare (very important in Fuerteventura). I will repeat with them without a doubt, next time!

Apart from the fact that the pick-up and return was done very quickly, I cant say more. C3 120,000 kms, OK but out of order windshield wiper blades (and its raining in Fuerteventura), oil change due and very worrying noises. We never felt very comfortable in this old car!!! But on the other hand there are not 129 people in front of you like at Cicar... You have to know what you want!!

I give everything a 0, thank goodness it was the travel agency that found the car for me and they will be the one to deal with everything. We arrived to pick up the car and the girl made us wait 30 minutes to process the car, after they gave us the keys it was a C3 that was dirty and full of bumps, I asked for 2 child seats and they were not isofix when I think the isofix is mandatory. When starting the car there were errors in the frame, one of them being low tire pressure (the car was flat) I called and they changed my car to another C3 that was just as dirty and full of bumps and stability on the road was nothing at all. Its the first time Ive rented a car and they dont give it to me with a full tank. The first one had 1/3 full and the second one had a little more than half a tank. Now you take it and calculate at the gas station how it was then you deliver the car and they dont check it. no one in front of you to check that you are okay. Nothing professional one and no more

Llegamos a recoger el coche y la chica nos hizo espera 30 minutos para poder tramitar el coche, despues nos dan las llaves era un c3 que estaba sucio y lleno de golpes, pedi 2 silla para ninos y no eran isofix cuando el isofix creo que es obligatorio. Al arrancar el coche salian fallos en cuadro uno de ellos era presion de neumaticos bajo ( el coche estaba pinchado) llame y me cambiaron el coche otro c3 igual de sucio y lleno de golpes y estabilidad en carretera nada de nada. Es la primera vez que alquilo un coche y no me lo dan con el deposito lleno el primero tenia 1/3 y el segundo tenia un poco mas de medio deposito ahora coje y calcula tu en gasolinera como estaba luego entregas el coche y no lo revisa nadie delante de ti para comprobar que este bien. Good and problem-free ordering and collection of the car. However, the car, a Citroen c3 aircross, was rather worn (70k km) and not in good condition. After a few days the check engine light started to come on. Autoreisen told us that we could just drive on. However, we were a bit insecure and wanted to change cars, which happened without question - good service. However, we got an equally worn-out car (99k km), but it was still better. Although the service was good, we will choose another company next time that has newer cars.
