Received good and respectful service from the agency during two rentals with no aggressive upselling attempts and fair contract conditions for the common vehicle categories (cabrios and high-end types have rates with ridiculous excess, though, despite full CDW). Cars in good shape, pick-up and drop-off in hotel garage. Recommended.
