We rented a Fiat car with them last Wednesday. All seemed to go well until the point when we asked to return our deposit after returning the car on Thursday. They didn't respond anything regarding it at first and we have been calling them back for several times and all we get are different excuses. We have a proof that car was returned in the same condition so there is no reason for not returning it. We will contact our bank and report a fraud!

We rented a white 500 on 23 September 2024, they gave us a car that had already been damaged, complete with a photo as soon as we took the car so as not to have any problems later. When we returned the next day to return the car they didnt want to give us the deposit because they said it was us, even though we had the photos with the timetable of when we had just picked up the car. Dont take cars from them!

Abbiamo affittato una 500 bianca il 23 settembre 2024, ci hanno dato una macchina gia incidentata con tanto di foto appena presa la macchina per non avere problemi poi. Quando il giorno dopo siamo tornati per restituire la macchina non volevano darci la cauzione perche dicevano che eravamo stati noi,nonostante avevamo le foto con tanto di orario di quando avevamo appena preso la macchina. Non prendete macchine da loro!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! I rented a car from them which had already been in an accident, when I returned it they didnt want to give me my deposit back saying that the accident had been caused by me... HORRIBLE!!!!! luckily I had taken photos at the time of rental and I was able to go to the police to file a complaint.....but no one compensated me for the day lost because of them!!! REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Called to rent a car and the contact with a gentleman went well! The lady delivered the car about 20 minutes after the agreed time and seemed to be in quite a hurry. In the mountains we discovered that there was no window fluid in the washer, while the windows were heavily covered in salt deposits. We contacted Kairos several times because we rented the car for another day, but unfortunately we heard nothing back. The car was nice!

Gebeld om een auto te huren en dit contact met een meneer verliep prima! Mevrouw kwam ca 20 minuten na de afgesproken tijd de auto leveren en leek nogal haast te hebben. In de bergen kwamen we er achter dat er geen ruiten vloeistof in de sproeier zat terwijl de ruiten flink onder de zoute aanslag zaten. We hebben meermaals contact gezocht met Kairos, omdat we de auto nog een dag huurden, maar helaas niets meer terug gehoord. Auto was verder fijn!
