We went multiple times to Tenerife and especially to Costa Adeje. Our first time we stayed in H10 Costa Adeje Palace. This hotel has a rental point from Canaries.com. The lady over there has delivered us a good car with very good renting conditions. Belinda is very involved to her job and does everything to satisfy her costumers in every possible way. Beside of that Belinda can navigate you to the most beautiful places of the island to give you the best experience on your trip. Almost every year we visit Tenerife and it doesn't matter in which hotel we stay... we always rent our car from Canaries.com. The company has a lot of picking points at Tenerife. Once again, Belinda is the one you need... She's staying most of the time at H10 Costa Adeje Palace.
Haben uns spontan im Hotel von einer sehr sympathischen Dame beraten lassen und ein Auto fur zwei Tage gemietet. Wir haben tolle Tipps fur unseren Ausflug bekommen und wurden schnell und unkompliziert zum Autoverleih geshuttelt. Mit dem Auto waren wir sehr zufrieden. Auch die Ruckgabe und der Transfer zuruck zum Hotel waren schnell und einfach.
We spontaneously got advice from a very friendly lady at the hotel and rented a car for two days. We got great tips for our trip and were shuttled to the car rental quickly and easily. We were very happy with the car. The return and transfer back to the hotel were also quick and easy.
I have used Belinda many times to book cars, boat trips and a helicopter trip. She is always very professional and easy to deal with, nothing is a problem, I will be back!
Mietwagen online uber Sunny Cars gebucht. Vor Ort dann die Reservierung abgegeben und mit einem Shuttle zur nahegelegenen Hauptstelle gebracht worden (ca. 5 min). Dort Vertrag unterschrieben und den Mietwagen erhalten. Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich , Abholung und Abgabe des Mietwagens funktionierten ohne Probleme. Gerne wieder!
Rental car booked online via Sunny Cars. The reservation was then made on site and taken by shuttle to the nearby main office (approx. 5 minutes). Signed the contract there and received the rental car. The employees were very friendly and the rental car was picked up and dropped off without any problems. Gladly again!
Otlichnaia kompaniia! V otele stolik u retseptsii, pri zaselenii eshchio primetili. Na sleduiushchii den' bystro vybrali mashinu (na angliiskom iazyke). Besplatnaia udobnaia usluga transfera k garazhu, 5 minut ezdy ot otelia. Khorosho, chto ne u otelia garazh, inache byl by khaos i mnogo liudei/mashin, a tut zona ochen' krasivaia i spokoinaia. V ofise, gde garazh, est' russkogovoriashchii personal, ob'iasnili nam vse tonkosti, dali informatsiiu do melochei. Molodtsy! Avtopark khoroshii, rekomenduiu mashiny etoi kompanii. Nikakikh problem ne vozniklo. Odnoznachno rekomenduiu! ;)
Great company! At the hotel there was a table at the reception; upon check-in we noticed it. The next day we quickly chose a car (in English). Free, convenient shuttle service to the garage, 5 minutes' drive from the hotel. It's good that the hotel doesn't have a garage, otherwise there would be chaos and a lot of people/cars, but here the area is very beautiful and calm. In the office where the garage is, there are Russian-speaking staff, they explained all the details to us, gave us information down to the smallest detail. Well done! The fleet is good, I recommend the cars of this company. There were no problems. Definitely recommend! ;)
Guter Mietwagenanbieter der eine grosse Auswahl hat. Vom Fiat 500 bis zum Alfa Spider Cabrio ist alles dabei. Die Mietvertrage gibt es ausschliesslich mit Vollkasko OHNE Selbstbeteiligung Im Preis mitinbegriffen sind der Transfer vom Hotel zum Auto und bei Abgabe wieder zuruck. Das Fahrzeug wird mit annahernd dem selben Tankinhalt abgegeben, in unserem Fall Reserve (abgegeben haben wir halbvoll da man wir es nicht geschafft haben diesen leer zu fahren). Wir hatten einen vollausgestatteten Polo neuester Baureihe fur 4 Tage angemietet und dafur 148 Euro bezahlt, was unserer Meinung nach voll im ublichen Rahmen liegt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es fur die schwierige Kommunikation (kein Deutsch, gebrochenes Englisch) Alles in allem konnen wir die Vermietung sehr empfehlen.
Good rental car provider that has a large selection. From the Fiat 500 to the Alfa Spider Cabrio, everything is included. The rental contracts are only available with fully comprehensive insurance WITHOUT deductible The price includes the transfer from the hotel to the car and back again when you drop it off. The vehicle is delivered with approximately the same tank capacity, in our case a reserve (we handed it in half full because we didn't manage to drive it empty). We rented a fully equipped Polo from the latest series for 4 days and paid 148 euros for it, which in our opinion was within the usual range. We were very satisfied. There is a star deduction for the difficult communication (no German, broken English) All in all, we can highly recommend the rental.
