I rented the car, so far so good.when they came to bring our car, they asked us for a 600 euro guarantee, even though the insurance was included. I gave this guarantee of 600 euros, then I left the car in the hotel parking lot in the evening without any damage, and I could not get the money back except at the insistence of my bank to which I belong. they kept talking to me but they didn't give me my money back. I had to contact my bank to get my money back. I do not recommend this company, and do not give any deposit in the future!
Maria explained everything + we got some additional informations about good restaurants, spots to visit that only locals know. She warned us about long catamaran tour ... but guess what.. Maria, we did not puke :) (small success) See You another time! Those two funny ladies from Poland ;)
Do not use this company. They gave us a car that broke down within an hour of driving. Annoyingly this was after I had filled it up with petrol. The replacement car got dropped off with the fuel light on. When I asked for a refund on the fuel, they refused. Plenty of better companies on the island that won't rip you off

Overall ok, we were given a car with no fuel, it spluttered into a gas station. Engine warning lights on, steering and air con broken. Steering wheel falling to bits in hand and a dangerous chip in the windscreen, boot lock broken. The rep was excellent he apologised and got a new fabia straight away to replace the Dacia death trap the next day. Atlas should not have put their hard working rep in such a position, very impressed with him less so Atlas.
Shocking. Rented with this company who have a desk at tamaimo (TUI) At a cost just short of PS500 for a week I was given a juke with every single panel dented, a rattling window, and a rattling exhaust and weird mud flap noise at high speed. Staff denied anything was wrong and didn't change car. We even filmed the noise! Even the booster seat had had its cushion ripped off so my child was supposed to sit on red hot plastic every time we got in the car when it had been in direct sunlight, and we had to surround it in towels. An absolute joke of a company. No reduction, discount or refund offered at ALL. AVOID!! -side note: this company WRITES down on a piece of paper all your credit card details including the magic three numbers for later reference for the PS300 deposit. Edit; The quite hilarious response to this review clearly doesn't know I took photos of the car before accepting this heap as the only car available so they've replied NO damage, NO noise, NO charge for baby seat (I didn't argue fees, just that it was a bare piece of plastic) We WERE charged for the baby seat. My contract and paperwork reflect that.. yes I have all paperwork still. Why would I rent for a week if I only wanted a car for a day? I've been driving in Spain and Tenerife over 30 years I'm not afraid what a childish, unprofessional response. Oh, and my partner VIDEOD the noise happening while I drove so I'd keep quiet with your ridiculous replies or I can post that too. What a bunch of coming back with this. I WAS NOT OFFERED AND ALTERNATIVE CAR, even after YOUR staff drove my car for half an hour and said yes there's a noise
I should say, I am very satisfied with the quality off service I got from this company when I got into trouble with the rental car. The technician team was on site in 15(!!!) minutes after I called them. I got all support I needed including transfer to my hotel. A friend in need is a friend indeed!
