AWFUL! The experience was terrible. The service was awful, with poor customer attention and hidden charges. The shuttle driver had a cocky attitude, insisting that I sign the car return documents without reading them, and even threatened to withhold the deposit if I didn't comply. To make matters worse, during the ride, he was driving while chatting with a passenger seated behind him, constantly turning around to talk instead of focusing on the road. This all happened on October 21 around 1 p.m. in Santiago. An absolute disaster.
Our experience hiring a car could not have been better. Everything was organised quickly and with everything very well explained. The car was spotless and smelled really well. We had no problem whatsoever and the car drove nice and smoothly. The attention was perfect. I can't praise it enough!!!
We were collected from the airport in the shuttle bus and taken to their office very close by. The check-in was efficient and friendly. There was no aggressive up selling regarding insurance etc. The car was new and in good condition. On returning the car, their system was extremely quick and we were back at the airport all within ten minutes. All round excellent service, I would thoroughly recommend.
Very happy with my recent car rental in August. Lovely, friendly staff! We've been given clear instructions and lots of information upon rental. The whole procedure to rent and return car was quick. Shuttle bus from and to the airport. Happy days!
Extremely happy with the car and the service at Centauro! It was the first time I used their services and despite me arriving 2 hours before my booking slot, the staff promptly found a solution and offered me a brand new car, which worked very well all along te way. Unfortunately another car bumped into it when I left it at a public parking spot and Centauro was very cooperative, as the service had full insurance included. Will definitely use again and recommend it!
Very user friendly and easy. Super quick and polite service. Our car was brand new. Deposits were released almost immediately after car return one of the best car rental experiences for us!
A great customer experience indeed. Very friendly staff, a quick transfer. What stood out is that they actually release authorization block on the card. In most other car rentals, money is blocked for a month until the bank releases the block.
15 June 2024 I rented from Barcelona Sants, returned to here. It was much better than Sants. 1. The office is on the left side of the building from the entrance. 2. Super kind people. 3. There was a van going to the airport. So you don't need to walk to the airport. And if you want to take the van from the airport, I think you just need to call them to come. 4. There was no extra fee for me
