Por poner algo dado q nosotros teniamos un coche de sustitucion con ellos y x lo tanto pagaban el seguro los gastos. Y cual es mi sorpresa q me lo facturaron a mi cuentan. Una vez y nunca mas poco profesionales. No los de la terminal si no los de Madrid de facturacion. Para no recomendar.

I rent regularly from this company and they have not been able to give me a single invoice with the correct information, every time I complain they ask me to send an email with the correct information, and every time I rent with them again the invoice continues to appear with my data and not the companys, I dont really understand the complication of changing the data in a database but well, I also dont understand the borderline and stupidity of the person who answered the phone when I called again to complain for the tenth time the bill, you must believe that I want the bill to bother you but not maam.
