Llame para realizar una reserva, por telefono todo bien , pregunte que me hacia falta para el alquiler del coche y me dijeron que el permiso de conducir y mi documentacion Cuando llego a la agencia para pagar la reserva me dicen que necesitan un documento que acredite donde vivo , no hay problema pero por telefono les costo decirmelo asi yo podria ir preparado ya que no vivo en esa zona Cuando llego a casa les vuelvo a llamar para decirles que ire de nuevo con el documento, la chica que me atendio me dijo que quizas con ese documento funcionario y claro es un empadronamiento por lo tanto no entiendo el "QUIZAS" .. tambien me dijo que el coche que yo habia reservado ya que no estaba disponible!! Reservas un coche pero cuando vas ya no esta disponible?? Que clase de empresa es esta? Yo alquilaba coches de esta empresa en Francia , hay nunca habia problemas , aqui estan como desorientados y no tienen un orden les da igual todo por lo que se ve , nada serios ni profesionales Sinceramente fue una experiencia muy mala , primero porque me hicieron ir para nada y segundo porque cuando quise volver me dijeron que el coche que yo queria ya no estaba disponible y me podrian ofrecer una furgoneta Un autentico desastre ....

I always check the reviews of sites, especially car hire sites as I've been ripped off in the past. Although this site has many negative reviews I decided to give them a chance. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I paid the extra insurance for peace of mind. Returning the car was easy and quick. I would recommend this company without question.
He alquilado un coche para viajar de Coruna a Madrid, indicando que lo queria automatico al hacer la reserva y pago. Fui a recoger el coche 1h mas tarde de la hora inicial que habia puesto, y al llegar me dice que mi coche ya no esta disponible y que me tenia que llevar uno manual o pagar mas. Cuando le pregunto si es que se lo habia llevado alguien, a lo que no me quiere contestar, pero que como llego tarde que se reservan el derecho de darme el coche que quieran. Al ver que tenia en su mesa la lista de reservas vi que no tenian reservas anteriores a la mia, por lo que no iban a tener mi coche igualmente y me tendrian que dar uno automatico, pero para fastidiar pues me dio el que queria ella (manual). La encargada una desagradable y poco simpatica, tratando de no ayudar en lugar de ofrecer un buen servicio. Si pueden, alquilen en otro sitio.

Not rented for a long time and was last minute... Isable and the rest of the staff really welcoming... Got a really nice car to drive. Would recommend this. No horror stories like I have read with other companies. They only lesson for me was to book sooner get better price. Would use again.
