Una verguenza. Principalmente la atencion de CAMILA. Reservamos con antelacion un coche y al llegar al aeropuerto no habian y nos quedamos sin. La respuesta de Camila es que esto pasa normalmente y que es algo normal, ademas de ser muy arrogante, estupida y muy poco profesional. Se dedica a hablar mal a los clientes y a usar su movil mientras tu te estas sin dinero y sin coche. UNA VERGUENZA. NO RESERVEIS EN ESTA COMPANIA.
A shame. Mainly CAMILA's attention. We reserved a car in advance and when we arrived at the airport there were none and we were left without. Camila's response is that this happens normally and that it is normal, in addition to being very arrogant, stupid and very unprofessional. He talks badly to clients and uses his cell phone while you are without money and without a car. A SHAME. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
Camila, the branch manager refused to honor the rental we made from USA. Her excuse was not clear to me as all other agencies had no problem renting. After I had to get a taxi to my destination I called Enterprise and went to another location and got the car with no problem. I had to pay double what I originally rented the car for. Do NOT get your car with Camila. She won't be fair nor care. I am now returning the car she did not want to rent to me.

El proceso es rapido . Gracias! La unica sugerencia : sabado tener horario seguido . Hay vuelos que llegan entre 14:30 y 17:00 ( si no me equivoco)

1 estrella porque no puedo poner 0 ( zero)! La atencion no es gran cosa! Pero eso depende de la persona que te atienda. Pero lo que veo peor es que te cobren EUR200, de fianza y que ese dinero que es tuyo este mas de 1 semana sin devolverte. !UNA VERDADERA VERGUENZA! No es la primera vez que me pasa, ya que la empresa del seguro se ha olvidado que nosotros no queremos que el coche de sustitucion sea de esa empresa. En la competencia te dan a escoger el coche y el dinero de la fianza te lo devolven al momento! Una maravilla, ya que e MI DINERO! Y no tengo que esperar por ello. Si no tienes el dinero de la fianza seguro que no te esperan ellos!

But what I see worse is that they charge you EUR200 as a deposit and that the money that is yours is not returned to you for more than 1 week. A REAL SHAME! This is not the first time this has happened to me, since the insurance company has forgotten that we do not want the replacement car to be from that company. In the competition they give you the choice of the car and the deposit money is returned to you instantly! A wonder, since it's MY MONEY! And I don't have to wait for it. If you don't have the bail money, they won't be waiting for you!
They said that a transaction with my bank card that has a car insurance passed but then contacted me in several days saying it didn't pass and I should come back and return the car (I didn't have a car insurance for this period).
Disgraceful! Wouldn't give us a car and now they won't refund our money. Prior to flying (Barcelona to A Coruna) I telephoned the office all day but no answer. Our flight was delayed and thus the office was closed so we couldn't collect the car. Today, we call to confirm we go back to the airport and collect the car (we have 5 days here) and they tell us that there is no car and now they keep the money. I never have this problem with Avis or Sixt. This is my first time renting with Enterprise and my last. Shameful company, disgraceful lack of professionalism.
