Tras mas de 2 meses desde que alquile el vehiculo y lo devolvi sin ningun percance, sigo teniendo los 200EUR de fianza bloqueados en la cuenta.

NADA RECOMENDABLE. No alquilen en esta oficina ni en Avis ni en Budget (son lo mismo). NO DISPONEN DE ELEVADOR PARA NINOS. Si tienes ninos, no podras utilizar el vehiculo alquilado, a menos que te lleves tu propio elevador o sillita o te arriesgues a que te multen o mucho peor a que tengas un accidente con graves consecuencias si no tienes un medio de retencion infantil adecuado. TE COBRAN 200 EUR en calidad de deposito, aparte de lo que te cueste el alquiler. !!!Alquiler sin sorpresas dicen!!! No tienen servicio de entrega de vehiculos en hotel. Si tienen preguntas ahorrense escribir e-mails, no los van a contestar. El senor de Avis, es muy descortes, cuidado con preguntarle algo, porque te manda a que alquiles en otro sitio. Si alquilan en otro sitio dificilmente va a ser peor que Avis-Budget, seguro que van a ser mejor atendidos y aunque salga mas caro, van a tener mas seguridad y mejor servicio.

La experiencia con budget fatal, no son del todo claros al alquilar con ellos ya que en caso de que tengas alguna incidencia con el coche el coste es muy alto, te hacen contratar una franquicia que cuesta mas que el alquiler del coche, si tienes alguna consulta o problema con el coche el telefono es un 902 que es de pago, te tienen a la espera muchisimo tiempo para cobrarte lo maximo posible, nefasto, no se lo recomendaria a nadie.

Schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Ungewohnlich war nur, dass ich den Wagen in einer Garage abholen musste, wo er erst einmal frei geparkt wurde. Erstaunt war ich auch uber die Ruckgabe, ebenfalls in der Garage. Dabei interessierte weder der Tankbeleg, die gefahrenen Kilometer als auch der Zustand des Fahrzeuges...?

No atienden las llamadas al telefono de la oficina. Para hablar con alguien hay que llamar a un numero de movil que tienen colgado en un cartel en el cristal y, cuando por fin alguien responde, parece que miente mas que habla y todo son excusas para tratar de dejar claro que todos tienen la culpa menos el. El horario de apertura real no es el que aparece en la web de AVIS ni en Google Maps. Segun la persona que responde al movil, el horario real es el que esta colgado en la puerta de la oficina. Al decirle que en la puerta no hay ningun horario alega que solo se pone cuando la oficina esta cerrada, y que en ese momento esta abierta, aunque la puerta esta cerrada y no haya nadie en ella. Si tienes que resolver un problema la unica respuesta que vas a recibir de esta persona es que no es cosa suya y que tienes que llamar a atencion al cliente de AVIS (un numero 902, por supuesto). Da igual que el precio de los alquileres de AVIS sea bueno o malo, con un servicio tan deplorable no merece la pena ni tenerla en cuenta como opcion para alquilar.
