Alquilamos un coche el 14 de julio y lo devolvimos el mismo dia. Nos bloquearon 247 euros (precio mas fianza). Hoy es 24 de julio y no solo no me han desbloqueado el dinero sino que ademas el miercoles 20 de julio me han cobrado otros 142 euros por el alquiler. Dicen que es cosa del banco el desbloqueo y en el banco que es cosa de la empresa. Si he devuelto el coche y he pagado.?Por que pueden tardar hasta un mes en devolverte el dinero? Para cobrar dos veces no tardan nada... No se si esto es legal, pero me informare en Consumo. Y cuando vas a alquilar no te explican las cosas asi, nada de esto te dicen. Se te quitan las ganas de alquilar coches, esto es un abuso. Espero que esta informacion pueda servir a alguien, al menos ya sabes a que atenerte. A mi la proxima no me enganan.

El coche tenia marcado un dano en Santiago y al devolverlo en Coruna nos intentan responsabilizar. Nos quieren aparte cobrar mas de gasolina sin razon y nos dicen que hemos hecho 128 km cuando no hemos hecho mas de 80 kms. Un robo . Si lo arreglan esto quitare el comentario, pero nunca las Avis en la calle Nicaragua de Coruna.
The car had damage marked in Santiago and when they returned it to Coruna they tried to hold us responsible. He acudido en dos ocasiones a recoger un coche la semana pasada, por diferentes motivos, y la atencion que he recibido por parte de Ivan ha sido exquisita. Sin duda gente como el es la que da valor a una empresa. Me siento estafado. Entregue el coche fuera de horario de oficina a las 20:30, en perfecta condiciones, impecable. Tres meses mas tardes me llego una factura por 739EUR con una foto de la manana siguiente a las 10:00 con un cristal reventado. Ojo con esta gente. Entregar solo en horario de oficina y reportar coche antes y despues con fotos y videos. Yo lo deje en manos de la OCU.
I feel cheated. I delivered the car outside office hours at 8:30 p.m., in perfect condition, impeccable. Reservo un coche para mis padres, online, con seguro incluido. Pago 433,65EUR por 4 dias. Cuando llegan mis padres, les piden la visa. Ahora dos semanas mas tardes les hacen un cargo extra, sin avisar por el cual el alquiler total cobrado por 4 dias es de 907EUR. (ni que hubieramos alquilado una limusina) Llevo 4 dias llamando a 902 (previo pago por la llamada), a la oficina (aqui directamente no contestan nunca), a todos los telefonos habidos y por haber y cada persona me da diferentes explicaciones, ninguna cuadra con la otra. Mi conclusion es que ven a dos personas mayores y les ROBAN descaradamente y lo peor es que nadie da la cara, se pasan la pelota de unos a otros. NO ALQUILEIS AQUI A NO SER QUE QUERAIS PAGAR MAS DE 900 EUROS POR EL ALQUILER DE UN COCHE DURANTE 4 DIAS.

En la pag de Google dice abierto de 8 a 19'30...nos personamos a entregar el coche a las 13'30 y al estar cerrado volvimos a las 16'50 ya que abria a las 16 segun cartel de la entrada.....nos cobraron un dia a mayores sin haber manera de que entraste en razon que estaba cerrado al venir a entregar el coche. Un robo a mano armada despues de llevar 22 dias pagando alquiler de coche con Aviso en distintos lugares de Espana....una verguenza
