Aeropuerto de La Coruna. Trato fabuloso en la recogida y en la entrega con dos chicas diferentes. Cogimos el coche basico y nos dieron un coche muy completito y modernito. Por nuestra parte recomendable. Repetiremos esta semana en Malaga.

Tras llegar al aeropuerto de Coruna, nos dicen en el mostrador que no tienen coches disponibles, pese a haber realizado la reserva hace 2 meses. No ofrecen ninguna alternativa ni solucion (entregar el coche otro dia o en otra oficina) simplemente el reembolso del dinero. Acabamos alquilando en otra compania del aeropuerto con un precio muy superior, sin ningun tipo de compensacion por parte de Alamo.
After arriving at the Coruna airport, they tell us at the counter that they do not have cars available, despite having made the reservation 2 months ago. Me dieron un coche muy superior al reservado porque no quedaban y no sabia muy bien como iba, en parte me ayudaron, luego lei las instrucciones y lo disfrute mejor; como lo devolvi con mas gasolina me dieron un vale para el proximo alquiler

Very bad !!!! They didn't gave me the car, and Maria was doing absolutely nothing to help me. We had to take a car to another company the day after because of it.
